    Job Description:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Ecommerce Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in ecommerce operations and digital marketing. As an Ecommerce Specialist, you will play a key role in managing our online presence, optimizing sales channels, and driving growth in our ecommerce business.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage day-to-day operations of our ecommerce platforms, including product listings, inventory management, and order processing.
    • Optimize product listings for SEO and conversion, ensuring accurate and engaging product descriptions, images, and specifications.
    • Monitor website performance and user experience, identifying and implementing improvements to enhance customer engagement and increase conversion rates.
    • Analyze ecommerce data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and generate reports on sales performance, customer behavior, and marketing ROI.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, ecommerce best practices, and new technologies to drive innovation and growth in our ecommerce strategy.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in ecommerce operations, preferably in a retail or consumer goods environment.
    • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart and other market place platforms), digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush), and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).
    • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Proactive problem-solver with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for driving ecommerce growth.
