- Greeting visitors by , welcoming, and directing them appropriately
- Maintain reception area clean and organized.
- File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers.
- Drafting the letters, memos, and emails
- Screen documents, perform administrative tasks, including filing etc
- Arranging and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
- Preparing facilities and arranging refreshments for events, if required.
- Maintain visitor register
- Offer refreshments to visitors when required.
- Direct visitors to the correct person
- Answer the phone, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate offices.
- Manage the building log of who is entering and exiting the building
- Receive letters, packages, Couriers, etc. and distribute them
- Maintains noticeboard outside of the office
- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival
- Coordinates Human Resources functions including, Recruitment,
- Induction,
- Employee engagement activities, Onboarding, recruiting process
- Bookings of Hotel/Flights/Bus/Train/Cab
- Computer skills of mail drafting, word, Excel report preparation
- 3-4 years of work experience as a receptionist
