    In India, we have 3 state of the art manufacturing plants of high-quality Aluminum Beverage Cans and container Glass and are equipped with the most modern manufacturing equipment and technologies.

    As we are growing within India as well in other geographies serviced from India, we are looking at skilled professionals to support this business growth working with Operations team.

    Position: Coordinator - World Class Manufacturing & Operational Excellence

    High performing professionals (Engineering Graduates with Six Sigma certification) with operation excellence experience of minimum 10 years preferably in reputed Global MNC's and/or large reputed Indian organizations.

    The person should be hands-on in implementing WCM standards like- Kaizen, SMED technique, 5S, Autonomous Maintenance, Continuous improvement, Team- work culture on shop floor with solid working knowledge of A3 analysis & Six Sigma techniques to identify root cause, provide support to shopfloor team to collect supportive data for CAPA. The candidate should work closely with all departments of the factory identifying, coordinating and implementing all CI projects reducing costs & spoilage, and improving quality, maintenance practices and other best practices across CANPACK group.

    Skills:

    • Persons should have good analytical skills as well as strong-man management skills as the job involves working with shop floor teams.
    • Strong skills to work in a dynamic and changing work environment.
    • Strong and updated on WCM tools and ability to keep updating WCM/OE knowledge base with what is happening around the industry.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships and gaining consensus through communications, negotiation, and influencing skills.
    • Strong English verbal and written communication skill and ability to work in larger teams.
