    Job Summary/Overview:

    Claight Corporation (Expert Market Research) is seeking a Senior Research Analyst to join our team of data-driven professionals. The role involves conducting in-depth market research, analyzing complex datasets, and producing actionable insights that support strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate should be skilled in quantitative and qualitative research methods, possess strong analytical capabilities, and have a keen eye for identifying trends across industries.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive primary and secondary research to collect and analyze data from reliable sources.
    • Data Interpretation: Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and key market indicators that inform business strategies.
    • Reporting & Documentation: Develop detailed research reports, dashboards, and presentations that summarize findings and recommendations.
    • Industry Monitoring: Track and evaluate market dynamics, emerging trends, and competitor activities across various sectors.
    • Strategic Insights: Translate data-driven findings into actionable insights to support organizational goals and client decision-making.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with business, marketing, and analytics teams to align research outcomes with strategic initiatives.
    • Quality Assurance: Ensure accuracy, validity, and consistency of data and analysis methodologies.
    • Thought Leadership: Contribute to whitepapers, articles, and internal knowledge bases to enhance the company's research capabilities.

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business, Statistics, Market Research, or a related field.
    • 3–5 years of experience in market research, business intelligence, or data analysis roles.
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, Power BI, or Tableau.
    • Strong command over quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing and presenting reports.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
    • Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.
    • Experience in industry research, forecasting, and competitive intelligence is a plus.
