Technical Project Manager - Hyderabad, India - Technoidentity

Description

This is a remote position.
We are looking for an experienced Technical ProjectManager to coordinate between internal
and external teams and enable Biobots engineering teamsto meet business objectives. This
position will serve a crossfunctional role andinterface with stakeholders across the
organization understand key objectives and timelinesderive project plans schedule and
facilitate meetings and ensure that resources are beingutilized appropriately and effectively.

Responsibilities:

Define project deliverables as well as roles and responsibilitiesfor project stakeholders
Develop communication and project plans and project schedules
Ensure projects are deliveredon time and risks associated with timelines/deliverables
are clearly communicated tostakeholders
Facilitateagile/scrum meetings and process
Lead team meetings develop agendas ensure followup isactionable and track
progressof tasks
Communicateeffectively with team members stakeholders and management about
strategy adjustments andproject status
Generate orintegrate projectspecific metrics and reports
Proactively identify communicate andmitigate project risks.
Bringforth solutions to meet timelines when at risk.

Requirements

3 yearsof managing software projects in an agile environment
Proficiency with project managementsoftware (Jira Atlassian suite) and enterprise
resourcing planning
Experience working on Agile teams andability to lead and facilitate scrum meetings
Proven track record to coordinatemultifaceted projects including multitasking
deliverables management and timelinemanagement
Demonstratedsuccess in breaking down complex technical problems and projectsinto
manageable goals alignedto broader department/company priorities
Excellent communicator who is able to translate complextechnical updates across
various audiences levels and stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to work within in a fastpacedenvironment and influence with and
without authority in a crossfunctional role
Demonstrated knowledge of projectmanagement skills tools and processes in areas
such as timeline cost and risk management
