Description

We are looking for a strong Engineering Manager to manage a team of engineers tasked to build our new set of products.

• 810 years of experience in the software development field in multiple product companies, preferably Seller Centric Domain.
• Professional experience in Python & Django OR Python & Golang/Java. (profiles will not be shortlisted without this)
• Prior experience with improving processes and standards for product development.
• Must have the ability to design schemas with PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Experience with DevOps practices is advantageous.
• Team Management experience in leading and mentoring engineers.
• Experience in endtoend product development, starting from conceptualization, designing, developing to launch.
• Should have built and shipped product from 110 or
• Must be eager to create an impact and willing to work towards enhancing the programming and management skills.
• Knowledge of product planning methods and the ability to use them effectively.
• Well organized, and must be able to visualize the bigger picture.
• Strong team player with the ability to handle multiple products.

• Drive endtoend product development, manage concurrent projects.
• Enhance team's technical capabilities and implement best practices.
• Take technical ownership, from highlevel design to detailed implementation.
• Design and implement secure, highperformance backend logic through REST APIs.
• Conduct technical interviews and lead largescale engineering projects.
• Apply expertise in software architecture, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD practices.
• Utilize cloud technologies and communicate complex concepts effectively.
• Contribute to strategic technology planning in line with business goals.
• Encourage innovation, manage vendors, and integrate quality assurance.
• Engage stakeholders for sustainable and scalable system development.
