Rolesand Responsibilities:
Training EnsureEnglish language power skill learning (ELPSL) training inductionand lesson plan coverage isconducted as perVirohan standards Attendance Ensure minimumstudent attendance of 80% and faculty attendance of 90% as perVirohanstandardsStudents Engagement Faculty to ensure quality education isdelivered at the campus to enhance overallstudentdevelopment and timely address anystudent grievances as per Virohan standardsCompliance & Records Ensure classroom training complieswith all Virohan norms and properrecords/reportsaremaintained Content Creation Faculty to helpthe content team in creating all Training Learning Materials (TLM)schedulesrequired by Virohan or anyapplicableproject
YourKey Performance Indicator (KPI) will be:Attendance 80% Students should have > a monthly average of80% attendance Dropout A batch should have amaximum of 10% dropouts Student performance85% of the active students passed in their main attempt in allcategories

TheSuccessful Applicant:
Strong communicationskills and confidence to conduct training for senior studentbatches. Minimum of 1 year of experience asan English teacher Soft Skills/Personality Development trainer orin anyother trainingrelatedrole. Fast focused and committed individualswith an ability to work in a diverse team.
