• Administers internal transfers and assists Security Manager with locker inspections.
• Oversees the hotel's recruitment and selection process, providing effective recruitment solutions to Division and Department Heads.
• Ensures employees comply with hotel, company, and local rules and regulations regarding fire safety, security, and hazard prevention.
• Stays knowledgeable about employee and industrial relations legislation.
