    Job Summary:

    The Sales Lead at Accordible will play a critical role in both developing new business opportunities and driving the overall sales operations. This position involves generating leads, nurturing client relationships, strategizing and executing sales plans, and meeting ambitious revenue targets. Your efforts will be instrumental in fostering long-term partnerships and ensuring client satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales Strategy and Execution:

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
    • Identify and target potential clients, leading the sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain robust client relationships.
    • Understand and meet client needs, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
    • Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities in the facility management sector.
    • Analyze competitive landscapes and client requirements.

    Proposal Development and Negotiation:

    • Create compelling proposals and presentations.
    • Negotiate contracts effectively to secure new business.

    Team Collaboration and Leadership:

    • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and finance.
    • Mentor and guide team members, promoting a culture of success and improvement.

    Reporting and Performance Tracking:

    • Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
    • 5-7 years of experience in sales, ideally in B2B engineering services or facility management.
    • Strong track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
