    ROLE SUMMARYThe Digital Manufacturing (DM) Team's mission is to simplify processes and experiences to drive Pfizer Global Supply (PGS) outcomes.

    DM is responsible for the digital transformation of all processes across shop floor, quality control, quality assurance, engineering, environment, health, and safety operations.

    Our programs are led by user experience and design thinking to understand the journeys that our PGS customers are working through daily.

    DM leads a focus on innovative technology implementation across PGS sites including a digital lean production system, sensors, Industrial Internet of Things, wearables, Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality solutions.

    DM drives efficiencies in end-to-end operations by embedding predictive and prescriptive insights from artificial intelligence into our manufacturing, quality, and cross-functional applications.

    The Quality Control (QC) Solutions team within Digital Manufacturing is responsible for the core solutions within the Pfizer Global Supply (PGS) Quality Control area.

    The solution teams work on enhancing & maintaining the technical capabilities of the QC solutions to allow global quality and site quality control teams to effectively manage, monitor and optimize operations.

    The Manager, QC Technical Analyst will be a part of the EM & Materials Mgmt team that supports the enterprise solutions, MODA, RMCR and pLOG.

    This role will be responsible to provide technical support to maintain the health of the solutions including troubleshooting issues as they arise, delivery of new functionality to adapt to site requirements and ensuring that the technology aligns with business objectives.

    The colleague will be highly self-motivated, eager to explore new technologies, and is effective when working in a team environment.

    A strong aptitude towards self-development and growth is highly desired.

    ROLE RESPONSIBILITIESThe Manager, QC Technical Analyst responsibilities include but are not limited to:
    Working as part of a scrum team & demonstrate agile ways of working.

    Work with the product owner, to maintain a product backlog for the solution to effectively manage the technical work required to enhance & maintain the solution.

    Collaborate and set expectations with business, scrum master and development teamCollaborate with the QC Solutions Integration & Engineer Team to assess technology capabilities and architecture requirements.

    Ensure work tasks are completed on schedule to a high quality standard & within configuration guidelines.
    Ensure development work of team meets configuration & quality standards.
    Ensure solutions are maintained in a compliant state in accordance with Pfizer policy and GMP regulations.
    Provide L4 technical support & deployment hypercare support for solution.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's BS in Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.5+ years of technical / project experience supporting a Lab environment.

    Good written and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate to stakeholders.

    Strong understanding of Databases (Oracle/SQL) table structures / table relationships with ability to query the data tables and understanding of cloud computing services (AWS).Experience in all stages of system and application lifecycle from value analysis, business case development, solution deployment through value realization.

    Experience of modern software engineering, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, documentation and releasing.
    Good experience in MS Office Products (i.e. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience with Agile (SAFe preferred).An understanding of the Quality Control laboratory business area.

    Experience with Lonza MODA and/ or pLOG (Integrify) solutionsAn understanding of system GMP requirements and demonstrable knowledge of computer system design and maintenance lifecycle in GMP environments.

    PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTSAbility to manage many parallel objectives and changing priorities. Working with various stakeholders from multiple groups.
    NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTSJob will require working with global teams and applications.

    Flexible working schedule will be needed on occasion to accommodate planned agile sprint planning and system releases as well as unplanned/on-call support.

    Ability to travel up to 10%.ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPSReports to Digital Quality, Product Manager EM & Materials ManagementWork in collaboration with other Digital & Technology groups within and outside Digital Manufacturing on definition, design, technical build, deployment, embed & optimization of the solutions.
