Job Description

Develop a team of Salesforce developers and coordinate their activities to ensure the successful delivery with Salesforce projects.
Collaborate with business analysts, customers, and technical teams to assemble requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Craft and develop Salesforce solutions, including customizations, configurations, and integrations, using Salesforce development tools such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SQL.Provide technical expertise and mentorship to the development team, including code reviews, standard processes, performance optimization.

Work closely with the Salesforce Technical Architect to align technical solutions with architectural guidelines and design principles.

Ensure the quality of work youre doing by carrying out coding standards, conducting detailed testing, and performing debugging and address activities.

Develop and maintain user documentation, including design specifications, technical diagrams, and user guides.
