    Description

    Job Title: Sales Account Manager

    Amazon is growing its external payments operations aggressively in India. In this context, we are looking for a Sales Account Manager who will help key offline organized merchants grow their business with Amazon Pay by executing GTM strategies.

    Responsibilities:

    • Enable Regional brands/merchants on Amazon Pay and manage these relationships on an ongoing basis.
    • Drive Amazon Pay adoption with B2B brands/merchants by interacting with decision makers within the stores/brands.
    • Own and cultivate the business relationship with key partners/stores to make Amazon Pay their preferred choice for accepting digital payments.
    • Develop strategic account plans to identify creative, business-generating initiatives.
    • Liaise with cross-functional teams toward common goals for the program.
    • Forecast and report business growth and other key metrics.

    Requirements:

    • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to explore win-win opportunities with merchants.
    • Experience in managing B2B business accounts, which will form the core of merchant engagement.
    • Ability to help merchants understand the opportunity with Amazon Pay to grow their business.
    • Comfortable balancing multiple priorities, working with internal and external partners, and strategically analyzing data to inform decisions.
    • Superior communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Numbers-driven, team-oriented, effective communicator, and desire to participate in change.
    • Understanding of and passion for payments, e-commerce.

    Education:

    Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, or marketing.
