- Enable Regional brands/merchants on Amazon Pay and manage these relationships on an ongoing basis.
- Drive Amazon Pay adoption with B2B brands/merchants by interacting with decision makers within the stores/brands.
- Own and cultivate the business relationship with key partners/stores to make Amazon Pay their preferred choice for accepting digital payments.
- Develop strategic account plans to identify creative, business-generating initiatives.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams toward common goals for the program.
- Forecast and report business growth and other key metrics.
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to explore win-win opportunities with merchants.
- Experience in managing B2B business accounts, which will form the core of merchant engagement.
- Ability to help merchants understand the opportunity with Amazon Pay to grow their business.
- Comfortable balancing multiple priorities, working with internal and external partners, and strategically analyzing data to inform decisions.
- Superior communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Numbers-driven, team-oriented, effective communicator, and desire to participate in change.
- Understanding of and passion for payments, e-commerce.
