- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Ruby on Rails Developer in a start-up environment
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent hands-on industry experience
- Experience with Ruby and the Rails framework
- Be proficient with creating Restful API's using Grape API.
- Should have experience in using gems like devise, oauth etc.
- Must have excellent working knowledge of Front-End development using Bootstrap, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery.
- Knowledge of Docker and docker-based deployment is a plus
- Experience with ReactJS is a plus
- Experience with SQL backends, preferably Postgres or mySQL
- Experience with Git, Familiarity with CI/CD tools like CodeClimate and CircleCI
