We are seeking qualified, part-time internationally licensed psychotherapists to join our network and deliver care with a tech-enabled platform that puts patient outcomes first.

Job Description:

• Psychotherapy Services
• Counseling for adults who have completed online screenings identifying their symptoms and areas of concern.
• Treatment for short-term goal-focused EAP or employer health plans allowing as many sessions as medically necessary.
• Maintain a calendar displaying your availability and complete session documentation within our scheduling system.
• Collaborate with provider support team, clinical care navigation team, and administrative care support team whenever needed.

About You:

• You must have an unrestricted license to practice counseling in India. We do not accept applications requiring licensed supervision.
• Post-graduate experience with at least 10 years of clinical experience is required.
• Telehealth competence and comfort with technology are essential.
• Availability for some monthly in-person sessions for Spring Health members in Srikakulam is expected.
• Training and experience in evidence-based modalities of care like CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT are necessary.
• Providing safety planning and intervention during situations with higher risks is also required.
• A commitment to quality clinical care and continuous improvement is necessary.
• Independence and team collaboration skills are both valuable.
