    Qualifications and Skills

    • 7-10 years of experience in product development, with a focus on software or digital products
    • Strong understanding of product development methodologies and best practices
    • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products through their lifecycle
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
    • Experience in Agile development methodologies is preferred
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to define product requirements and specifications
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities
    • Develop and maintain a roadmap for product enhancements and new features
    • Manage and prioritize product backlog, ensuring clear communication of priorities to the development team
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into the product development process
    • Work closely with the engineering team to ensure technical feasibility and successful delivery of product releases
    • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement
    • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in product development and make recommendations for process improvements
    • Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to junior product development team members
