    Job Specification - Key Accountabilities

  • SupporttheSalesExecutiveswithrelevantsalestasksincludingfollowuponongoingandnewbusinesswithcustomers.
  • PreparingrateQuotation,filteringofraterequesttoensurecargoidentifiedandquoted isaligntocompany aspirationsandoptimizevesselutilization in viewof volume and profitability.
  • GenerateandfileRA's.
  • CoordinatingwithTradeManagementforservicecontractproposalsandspecialrateoffers.
  • Handlingfreetime&waiver application.
  • Maintainingcontractsandamendments.
  • HandlingofBids/Tenders.
  • KPIperformanceandmonitoringtabledanddiscussedduringweekly1on1withmanager/supervisor.
  • Managingcustomerdisputesincludingcoordinationwithinvolvedparties,e.g.Operations,SalesExecution.
  • Filing/publishingrates,servicecontractsandamendmentswiththeFMC.
  • Preparingandsendingofratequotationstocustomers
  • Monitorquotationandcustomerperformanceincludingtendersandfollowupwithcustomerswhererequired.
  • Giveclear handoverinfotoCustomer Service (andOperationswhererequired)
  • AssistCustomerServicewithproblemsolvingrelated toacustomerissueswhererequired
  • HandlingupdatingofCRMwithcustomercalls,rateoffers,customerfollow upsdone
  • CoordinatewithSalesSupportonhandlingofbids/tendersfor localcustomersusingthe relevant tools.
