    The Role

    We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the Senior Credit Fund Accounting Team in a mid-level position.

    This role will be responsible for managing all closed-ended fund accounting operations, collaborating closely with client's Fund Administrators, Relationship Managers, and Operations Heads within the US.

    The team is accountable for providing comprehensive fund accounting services for closed-ended funds.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise fund administrators and team members, ensuring accurate and efficient delivery of fund accounting services.
    • Manage a variety of funds, including Private Equity and Private Equity Direct Funds.
    • Handle complex P&L allocations across multiple entities within fund structures.
    • Assist teams in performing waterfall calculations and ensure their accuracy.
    • Maintain compliance with mandated operational procedures and checklists.
    • Provide leadership, coaching, and professional development to team members.
    • Oversee task allocation and delegation to ensure optimal team efficiency.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within fund accounting operations.
    • Manage team capacity to support new business growth.
    • Act as a primary escalation point for client inquiries and issue resolution.
    • Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and external counterparts.
    • Participate in new business pitches and assist in resource planning for service delivery.
