    Job Description – Key Account Manager

    ● Responsible for the Annual and Quarterly Revenue targets to specific lists of large private hospitals, corporate hospitals and government hospitals

    ● Responsible for developing other market segments which use Medical Gloves

    ● Responsible for executing new product launches as per plan.

    ● Responsible for executing and reporting quarterly sales campaigns.

    ● Responsible for planning and executing educational programs for various Healthcare Professionals

    ● Gather market intelligence information relating to competition, pricing, product offerings and market share.

    ● To plan Daily calls in line with the company guidelines and update the same daily. Daily update to be done in the company's Field Force Reporting (FFR) Software. Ensure full input of all data in FFR

    ● Navigate complex purchase process in large corporate hospitals or government hospitals.

    ● Develop and maintain relationships with KOLs, Purchase managers and other key decision makers via meetings/ personal visits, telephone.

    ● Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that the sales objectives are met. Also ensure that the various marketing activities are carried out as per expectations.

    ● To take part in tradeshows, regional conferences and conduct CME's/In-hospital programs successfully in hospitals and nursing home.

    ● Perform other responsibilities as assigned by Manager or Management from time to time.

    Skills & Knowledge

    Educational Qualifications

    · Bachelors, preferably in Marketing & Business Studies

    Functional Skills

    · Demonstrates skills, knowledge and experience in marketing and communications.

    · Possess strong analytical/logical thinking skills, is process driven and has clarity of thought.

    · Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Advance Power Point

    · Demonstrates innovative and creative thinking

    Behavioral Skills

    · Communication - Impeccable oral and written skills

    · Relationship management skills

    Relevant (functional/Level) and total years of experience

    · 3 - 7 years of experience of working in key account/corporate hospital sales, preferably in healthcare or B2B domain

    · Experience of negotiating with Purchase group of large hospitals/corporate hospitals is mandatory.

    · Experience of working in Govt tenders and GEM procurement process is mandatory.

    · Experience of selling high volume, low margin disposables/consumables would be preferred
