    As the Lead Backend Developer, you will be responsible for leading a team of 5 to 10 developers in the design, development, and maintenance of Java Microservices-based applications.

    Your technical expertise and leadership will be instrumental in delivering high-quality software solutions.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Lead and mentor a team of 5 to 10 backend developers, providing guidance and support to ensure project successCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, QA engineers, and product managers, to design and implement backend solutionsArchitect, develop, and maintain Java Microservices applications in a cloud-based environment, primarily AWSExperience in designing and developing applications in AWS, including AWS Lambda, S3, and other relevant servicesIntegrate and optimize message queue systems like ActiveMQ to enhance application functionalityDesign and manage database schemas, ensuring data integrity and performanceImplement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to automate the software delivery processOversee code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practicesTroubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutionsStay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends in backend development, microservices, and cloud computingQualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (Master's degree preferred)8+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on JavaExtensive experience designing, developing, and deploying microservices-based applications using Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, or similar frameworksProficiency in cloud computing platforms, particularly AWSExpertise in message queue systems like ActiveMQStrong knowledge of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL databases)

    Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and JenkinsExceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a technical teamExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsA collaborative and results-oriented mindsetStrong commitment to quality, code maintainability, and scalabilityNice to Have:
    AWS certification(s) (e.g.

    , AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer)Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker, and orchestration tools like Kubernetes or ECSWorking days/hours:

    Monday to Friday;

    Fully working from the office
