Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementation projects in your respective module (PIM, PDH, or PLM).
• Gather and analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient Oracle Fusion solutions.
• Configure and customize Oracle Fusion modules according to business needs, ensuring best practices.
• Design solution architecture, oversee data migration and integration efforts, conduct testing, and deliver user training.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, QA, and Operations to ensure project success.
• Develop detailed design documentation, functional specifications, and process flow diagrams.
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot system issues as required.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion PIM, PDH, or PLM modules.
• Proven track record of at least two full lifecycle Oracle Fusion implementation projects.
• Deep expertise in module-specific configurations, data models, and integration approaches.
• Strong understanding of item lifecycle management, product structures, catalog management, and governance processes.
• Experience with integration and data loading tools like ADFdi, FBDI, REST, and SOAP APIs.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle certifications in Fusion PIM, PDH, or PLM.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum project delivery methodologies.
