- NBFC, Banking, Insurance, and Financial Services experience is preferred
- Extensive experience, ideally 710 years, in the field of Compensation and Benefits (C&B), with a demonstrated track record of independently managing special projects.
- Strong academic background from Tier 1 colleges and a deep understanding of data analytics and presentation skills, enabling them to effectively analyze and communicate complex information.
