    Job Overview

    PurpleTutor, an education management company, is hiring a Business Development Associate (WFH) to join our team. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in driving the growth and expansion of PurpleTutor's online learning platform. This is a full-time remote position, with a required mid-level experience of 1 to 3 years. The job location is Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
    • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the education or ed-tech industry
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
    • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities

    • Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as schools, parents, and educational institutions
    • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
    • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to meet sales targets and expand market reach
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of new clients
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities to identify business opportunities
    • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the management
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of PurpleTutor's sales and marketing strategies
