    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with sales, including developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing potential clients, conducting presentations and negotiations, and maintaining client relationships. The Sales Manager will collaborate with the marketing team to ensure effective lead generation and conversion.

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years experience in sales
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills. Must be able to speak and understand Kannada language.
    • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
    • Goal-oriented and result-driven
    • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams
    • Knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends
    • Proficiency in using CRM software
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
