    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lending Partnership Manager to join our growing team.

    The Lending Partnership Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with financial institutions, lenders, and other key stakeholders.

    The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the lending ecosystem, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of driving business growth through Identify and prioritize potential partnership opportunities within the lending industry, including financial institutions, lenders, credit unions, and other relevant stakeholders.


    • Develop and execute a strategic partnership roadmap to drive business growth and expand our lending offerings.
    • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives, decisionmakers, and influencers at partner organizations.
    • Negotiate partnership agreements, contracts, and other legal documents to ensure mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
    • Collaborate crossfunctionally with internal teams, including product development, marketing, legal, and compliance, to align partnership initiatives with company goals and objectives.
    • Monitor and track partnership performance, including key metrics such as revenue generation, loan volume, customer acquisition, and ROI.
    • Proactively identify areas for optimization and improvement within existing partnerships, and implement strategies to enhance partnership effectiveness and efficiency.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments affecting the lending market, and leverage insights to inform partnership strategies and initiatives.
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to raise brand awareness, foster relationships, and identify new partnership Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or related roles within the financial services industry, with a focus on lending.
    • Proven track record of successfully identifying, negotiating, and executing strategic partnerships that drive business growth and revenue.
    • Strong understanding of the lending ecosystem, including lending products, regulations, and industry best practices.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problemsolving abilities, capable of identifying market opportunities and developing innovative partnership strategies.
    • Resultsoriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed partnership targets and objectives.
    • Highly organized and detailoriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
    • Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to adapt to a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
