Job Description :

Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant Roles and Responsibilities :

- Primary responsibility will be the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules roll out.

- Responsible for the implementation, support, and maintenance of HCM system, including integration with other systems.

- Handle the discovery phase of HCM (Especially Global HR, Learning (OLM), Strategic Workforce Planning, Health and Safety) under supervision and deliver complex business solutions with client facing experience (Willing to travel onsite if required.

- Provide relevant data reports that will be used to analyse and support business-wide decisions.

- To lead the overall solution from Oracle Fusion functional Human capital perspective for complex projects.

Preferred Skills :

Good in Requirement Gathering, Understanding of Business process/flow Experience on designing and solutioning for CRM.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferably a Graduate/ Post Graduate candidate with the ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment

Must have min 5 years of Oracle HCM implementation.

- Experience with solid Functional skills in the following modules : Global HR, Learning (OLM), Strategic Workforce Planning, Health and Safety.

- Hands on experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is an added advantage.

- Experience in other Oracle modules (Absence, Time and Labor, Benefits, Compensation) will be a plus.
