    KeyResponsibilities:
    • Processand confirm trade orders accurately and efficiently while adheringto established guidelines andprotocols.
    • Monitor trade executions to identifyand resolve any discrepancies ensuring trades are executedcorrectly and in a timely manner.
    • Collaboratewith brokers traders and other internal stakeholders to ensureproper trade settlement and resolution of any traderelatedissues.
    • Assist in the reconciliation of tradeaccounts identifying and rectifying discrepancies in tradedata.
    • Maintain accurate and uptodate records oftrade activities and relateddocumentation.
    • Communicate effectively withexternal counterparties custodians and clearinghouses to facilitatesmooth trade settlement processes.
    • Participatein ongoing training and development opportunities to stay updatedon industry regulations market trends and traderelatedtechnologies.
    • Contribute to process improvementinitiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce risksassociated with tradeoperations.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelorsdegree in Finance Business Economics or a related field. Freshgraduates are encouraged to apply.
    • Strongattention to detail and accuracy with the ability to workeffectively in a fastpaced and dynamicenvironment.
    • Excellent organizational andmultitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meetdeadlines.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeSuite (Excel Word PowerPoint) is a plus.
    • Strongcommunication skills both written andverbal.
