Are you a talented web developer with a passion for creating dynamic and user-friendly websites? Do you have experience with WordPress, CMS platforms, and building custom solutions for clients? If so, we're looking for a Web Developer with expertise in WordPress, CMS, and dynamic site development to lead our web development projects and deliver exceptional digital experiences to our clients/customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Website Development and Customization:

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive and visually appealing websites using WordPress and other CMS platforms.
• Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements and client specifications.
• Implement custom functionalities, features, and integrations to enhance website performance and user experience.

1. CMS Platform Management:

• Manage and maintain content management systems (CMS) for clients, including WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, etc.
• Ensure CMS platforms are up-to-date, secure, and optimized for performance.
• Provide technical support and training to clients on using CMS platforms effectively.

1. Dynamic Website Development:

• Develop dynamic websites with interactive features, database-driven content, and personalized user experiences.
• Utilize front-end and back-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, etc.) to build dynamic and scalable web applications.
• Implement responsive design principles to ensure websites are optimized for various devices and screen sizes.

1. Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other team members to translate client requirements into functional and visually appealing websites.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand project goals, provide updates, and gather feedback throughout the development process.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects and adherence to project timelines and budgets.

1. Quality Assurance and Testing:

• Conduct thorough testing of websites to identify and address bugs, errors, and compatibility issues.
• Perform cross-browser testing, mobile responsiveness testing, and usability testing to ensure websites meet quality standards and user expectations.
• Implement best practices for website optimization, performance, and security.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field.
• Proven experience in web development, with a focus on WordPress, CMS platforms, and dynamic website development.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end technologies (PHP, MySQL).
• Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, etc.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
