    Role Description

    :

    Integrated Scrum Team Members are responsible for


    Designing, programming, and validating new features and enhancements to platform software as defined under the scrum process guidanceActing as the subject matter expert for the features/functions/infrastructureActing as a key contributor throughout the software development lifecycle.

    Design security architecture elements to mitigate threats as they emergeCreate solutions that balance business requirements with information and cyber security requirementsSupporting the Agile and Scrum methodologies utilized by the Platform Development organization to maintain tight schedules and high-quality code bases for all of the offerings that the organization supports.

    Owning and practicing solid technical and process practicesGood communication skillsGeneral skills include

    :

    Exceptional communication skills with diverse audiences - Strong critical thinking and analytical skillsStrong leadership, project and team-building skills, including the ability to lead teams and drive projects and initiatives in multiple departmentsDemonstrated ability to identify risks associated with business processes, operations, information security programs and technology projectsThe ability to be the enterprise security subject matter expert who can explain technical topics to those without a technical backgroundExperience with Agile development methodologyTechnical Skills
