    Description

    As a Sales Professional, you will drive sales of IT hardware products, PC consumables, Mobility Devices, and more, to corporate clients. Your main focus will be acquiring new customers, expanding the customer base, and nurturing key customer relationships to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.

    (KRA/KPIs) for Account Manager/ Sr. Account Manager/ Enterprise Sales Manager includes:

    Sales Generation and Business Development

    Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the corporate sector.

    Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for targeted business growth.

    Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and achieve sales targets.

    Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed sales goals.

    Relationship Management

    Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions.

    Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering product recommendations and addressing any inquiries or concerns.

    Develop rapport with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.

    Account Management and Strategic Planning

    Execute strategic plans for key customer accounts, identifying growth opportunities and maximizing sales potential.

    Create monthly and quarterly sales and service plans for assigned accounts, setting clear objectives and strategies for account development.

    Regularly review and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

    Order Closure and Sales Support

    Take ownership of the sales process from lead generation to order closure, ensuring smooth and timely transactions.

    Coordinate with internal teams, including pre-sales, logistics, and technical support, to meet customer requirements and deliver exceptional service.

    Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to the management team.

    Market Mapping and Expansion

    Continuously map the customer's expansion plans, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

    Develop and execute sales plans for assigned accounts, aligning them with customer growth strategies and market trends.

    Qualifications and Skills Required:

    Proven track record in direct/corporate sales in the B2B segment.

    Strong understanding of the corporate sales process, from lead generation to order closure.

    The result-oriented mindset with a high level of emotional intelligence and the ability to work under agreed performance and operating conditions parameters.

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

    Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.

    Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets and exceed customer expectations.

    Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to engage with key decision-makers.
