    Challenge Technolabs is seeking qualified applicants with expertise who can serve as an online bidder and be a key link between the client and the project team. They will be generating business through direct linkages, portals like Upwork, or other methods. knowledge of any online bidding website, including Upwork, People Per Hour, Guru, and Freelancer. You will have strategic and operational business development responsibilities as a business development executive, which will give you a good opportunity to improve your technical and sales skills.

    Business Development Executive duties and responsibilities

    Should have prior work experience on online bidding on portals like Upwork, PPH, Guru, and Freelancer. For web design and development, software development, graphic design, mobile app design and development, and SEO projects as well as lead generation from LinkedIn.

    Project Analysis and good experience in handling international clients.

    Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.

    Target based revenue generation for company

    Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings

    Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.

    Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.

    Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.

    Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.

    Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.

    Research and identify new market opportunities.

    Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or similar field or computer application
    • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development or similar role
    • Proficiency in MS Office
    • Bidding, LinkedIn Marketing, E-mail Marketing
    • Excellent multitasking skills and Ability to prioritize tasks
    • Excellent leadership and English Communication Skills
    • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
