The Role

We are looking for an individual who will be responsible for:

• Delivering excellent customer service and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Identifying customer needs and recommending relevant products.
• Managing point-of-sale processes efficiently.
• Maintaining inventory accuracy and receiving shipments in a timely manner.
• Staying updated on products, market trends, and consumer behavior.
• Ensuring outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We seek a candidate with:

• At least 1 year of experience in B2C Sales or Retail Sales, preferably in the Consumer Durables, Environment/Renewable Energy/Sustainability, and FMCG industries.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a service-oriented attitude.
• A strong networker and relationship builder.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort dealing with numerical data.
• Willingness to undertake more than 60% travel.
