    Responsibilities:

    • Design and develop steering systems for automotive vehicles, ensuring compliance with performance, safety, and regulatory requirements.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, and manufacturing, to translate design requirements into innovative steering solutions.
    • Conduct engineering analysis, simulations, and tests to evaluate steering system performance, durability, and reliability.
    • Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 3D models, drawings, and prototypes of steering components and systems.
    • Perform design reviews, analysis, and optimization to improve steering system performance, functionality, and cost-effectiveness.
    • Support prototype builds, testing, and validation activities, and provide technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in steering system design and engineering.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
    • Proven experience in design engineering roles, with a focus on steering systems or automotive components.
    • Strong knowledge of steering system design principles, components, and materials.
    • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA) and engineering analysis tools.
    • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
