    Description

    Position: Front Desk/ Receptionist

    Job Location: Ahmedabad. Gujarat

    Experience: 6 months to 3 yrs

    Salary: Upto 3.5 LPA

    Qualification: Any Graduate

    Gender: Females Only

    Age: 20-30 yrs

    Joining: Immediately

    Roles & Responsibilities::

    1. Extend a friendly and welcoming greeting to visitors and maintain a clean and tidy

    reception area.

    2. Answer incoming telephone calls, emails and messages and reply to or redirect them.

    3. Make travel and lodging arrangements and create vouchers

    4. Maintain telecommunication system, answering, forwarding, dialing, and screening phone

    calls, and note down details and share it with the appropriate person as necessary.

    5. Manage incoming and outgoing mails / courier and related records.

    6. Maintain front office related documentation, records, and registers and scanning of

    documents and sending to concern person.

    7. Housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure prompt responses and

    support to the office needs.

    8. Maintain and distribute information about extension numbers across organizations.

    9. Maintain clean and tidy reception area and supervise the housekeeping for the assigned

    area

    SKILLS

    Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

    Basic computer knowledge is required.

    Required Candidate profile

    1. Both Fresher and Experienced Females can apply.

    2. Age between 21 to 30 years

    3. Fluent in communication and also presentable

    4. Good communication skills and vocabulary

    5. Should have knowledge of Computer MS Office

    6. Should be proficient in sending and writing mails

    7. Must be reliable, responsible and punctual.

    8. Handling other clerical jobs that may be required
