    About the Role -

    The Head of Merchant Onboarding will be responsible for setting clients up for success with Simpl. The role holder will own identification of the right product solution fit, exceeding merchant expectations on onboarding velocity and owning early business impact via Simpl's solutions for brands. The leader needs to do this at a large scale of aiming around 200+ brands launching every month.

    Required Skills

    1. 8+ years of experience in KAM, category/vendor management
    2. Ops program management and/or tech integration experience of at least 2 years required
    3. People Management experience: Should have managed medium to large sized teams for at-least 3 years
    4. Own merchant onboarding CSAT for all brands
    5. Work closely with brands and become a true growth partner for them - beyond the product
    6. Should have a strong intuitive sense on people and businesses
    7. Be able to form long lasting and trusted relationships with brands as well as with internal stakeholders
