Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Extracts Expert to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expertise in HCM Extracts and supporting our clients in maximizing the capabilities of their Oracle HCM systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HCM Extracts configuration, extract rules, flow schedule, and eText template development.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize your expertise in Oracle HCM Extracts to design, configure, and maintain complex extract definitions according to client requirements.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective extract solutions.
• Develop and customize extract rules, flow schedules, and eText templates to meet specific data extraction and reporting requirements.
• Provide guidance and support to clients in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to HCM Extracts.
• Stay updated on Oracle HCM Cloud updates and enhancements related to HCM Extracts functionality.
• Leverage knowledge of payroll extracts as an added advantage, if applicable.
• Familiarity with BIP (BI Publisher) and OTBi (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) is preferred.
• Actively contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices within the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Extracts configuration and customization.
• Strong understanding of HCM Extracts architecture, extract rules, flow schedule, and eText template development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and team members.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions in a consulting or client-facing environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results and exceeding client expectations.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
