    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Physiotherapist at Ananya Child Development & Early Intervention Clinic. The Physiotherapist will be responsible for providing therapeutic interventions to children with developmental delays and special needs to improve their development. The day-to-day tasks include conducting assessments, developing customized treatment plans, implementing therapeutic exercises and activities, monitoring progress, and collaborating with other therapists and professionals in the team.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy
    • Valid license or registration to practice as a Physiotherapist
    • Experience in pediatric physiotherapy
    • Knowledge and understanding of developmental delays and special needs in children
    • Ability to conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
    • Proficiency in implementing therapeutic exercises and activities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
    • Strong observation and analytical skills
    • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children
    • Additional certifications or training in sensory integration therapy, movement therapy, or other relevant specialties are a plus
