Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced NABH Quality Manager to lead our Quality Assurance team. The NABH Quality Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers (NABH) standards and driving quality improvement initiatives across the hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct internal audits and assessments to evaluate compliance with NABH guidelines and identify areas for improvement.
Coordinate with departmental heads and staff to develop and implement quality improvement plans.
Provide training and guidance to hospital staff on NABH standards, quality assurance processes, and patient safety protocols.
Prepare and submit reports to NABH and other regulatory bodies as required.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of quality improvement efforts.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care outcomes and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on changes in NABH standards and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field; Master's degree is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare quality management, with specific experience in NABH accreditation.
Certified NABH Assessor or experience leading NABH accreditation processes.
Strong knowledge of NABH standards, healthcare regulations, and quality improvement methodologies.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
