• Reviewand interpret updated electronics schematics assembly wiringdiagrams and Bills of Materials (BOM) to ensure a thoroughunderstanding of product requirements. Able to understand andupgrade SystemDesign.
  
• Leadand coordinate the shop floor assembly team in efficiently buildingelectronic and electrical components according to design anddrawings.
  
• Identifyand troubleshoot electrical and electronic assembly issuesimplementing corrective actions to maintain productionflow.
  
• Collaboratewith design engineers to clarify design intent and provide feedbackon manufacturability and assemblyfeasibility.
  
• Developand implement documented assembly procedures ensuring adherence toquality standards and safetyprotocols.
  
• Analyzeassembly data to identify areas for improvement and implementprocess optimizations for electronic and electricalassembly.
  
• Trainand Guide junior resources on Products and implementationmethods
  

Requirements

Diploma/ Degree in Electronics & ElectricalEngineering
Minimum 810 years of experience in aassembly lane preferably with experience in leading electronic andelectrical assemblies.
Strong understanding ofelectronic components soldering techniques and printed circuitboard (PCB) assembly processes.
Proficient in readingand interpreting electronic schematics and assemblydrawings.
Experience in troubleshooting and resolvingcomplex electronic and electrical problems.
Knowledge ofsurface mount technology (SMT) and throughhole technology (THT)assembly processes is a plus.
Experience in implementingand maintaining quality control procedures for electronicassemblies.
Excellent communication interpersonal andleadership skills.
Ability to work independently and aspart of a team in a fastpaced environment.
Excellentanalytical and problemsolvingskills.
