    Job Overview

    We are looking for an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in hotel management and possess strong leadership and organizational skills. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Hotel Operations Manager or in a similar role.
    • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office.
    • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
    • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Customer-focused mindset and ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
    • Knowledge of local and international hotel regulations and quality standards.
    • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage the overall operations of the hotel, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments.
    • Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations, including guest check-in/check-out, room reservations, and billing.
    • Supervise and train staff members to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
    • Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability and minimize waste.
    • Develop and implement procedures to enhance guest satisfaction and improve overall hotel performance.
    • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to develop strategies and achieve business goals.
    • Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements.
    • Prepare and analyze reports on hotel performance, including occupancy rates, revenue, and guest satisfaction.
    • Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations.
