- Achieve daily targeted number of sales calls with effectiveness by leveraging industry knowledge, building rapport with clients, and tailoring pitches to meet their specific needs.
- Develop business leads for the Hotel on a weekly basis through research, networking, and strategic partnerships.
- Prepare monthly lists of accounts to penetrate for the following month by analyzing client behavior, identifying new opportunities, and developing targeted campaigns.
- Plan a minimum of 2 site inspections/entertainment meetings per week to qualified potential accounts or new accounts to foster meaningful connections and build trust.
- Prepare monthly action plans for main market segments by conducting market research, analyzing competitor strategies, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Perform monthly reviews of account profiles on room nights production and average rate to optimize pricing and revenue streams.
- Monitor competitors' rate strategies, account penetration, and marketing activities to maintain a competitive edge and inform business decisions.
- Fully responsible for accounts under management, including contracting, updating profiles, and renewing contracts to ensure seamless client relationships.
- Update management on VIP arrivals, meet and greet accordingly to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the guest experience.
- Upsell, cross-sell, and promote hotel facilities & services at every available opportunity to maximize sales revenue and drive business growth.
- Conduct negotiations to achieve the best profit and rates for the Hotel by leveraging industry expertise, building strong relationships, and finding mutually beneficial solutions.
- Attend hotel clients and local community business events to network, maintain high visibility, and identify new business opportunities.
- Update the Director of Sales & Marketing on market trends and business leads to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
- Proven sales experience in the hospitality industry, preferably with AccorHotel.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
