The Admission Counsellor will manage leads by converting them into prospects through phone calls and pitch courses to customers offering discounts on prices and seasonal offers. The counsellor will also handle pre-sales follow-up, post-sales follow-up, call back on missed leads and convert them. Additionally, the counsellor will update information about total conversions on a sales group.
