    • Toenhance Sales performance of the assigned dealership
    • Primary TargetAchievement
    • SecondaryTarget Achievement
    • Improving marketshare of assigned territory.
    • Higher customersatisfaction in terms of better SSI score.
    • Assists individualsalespeople in setting aggressive yet realistic monthly goals andobjectives and provides them with the support to meet these goals.
    • Develops implementsand monitors a followup system for newvehicle purchasers.
    • Conducts daily andweekly sales meetings.
    • Reviews inventorydaily to ensure the proper mix of grounded stock for maximumturnover efficiencyinterdepartmentally.

    Hereis what we are looking for:
    • Fairunderstanding on expansion of business.
    • Product and generalAutomobile Business knowledge.
    • Proven customerrelations skills both in person and over the telephone.

    Youmust have any or a combination of any of the followingskills:
    • 2 yearswith significant experience in Automotive industry.
    • Any Bachelor sdegree.
