    Job Title: QA and QC Executive

    Salary Bracket: 20k – 30k (Subjective to experience and interview)

    Job Description:

    As a QA and QC Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our organization maintains the highest standards of quality across all aspects of our operations. Your responsibilities will primarily revolve around conducting certificate audits, plant audits, overseeing documentation procedures, and implementing quality control measures as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Certificate Audits:
    • Conduct thorough audits of certificates to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
    • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address any discrepancies or issues identified during the audit process.
    • Maintain accurate records of audit findings and ensure timely resolution of any non-compliance issues.
    1. Plant Audits:
    • Plan and execute comprehensive audits of manufacturing plants to assess adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
    • Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
    • Work closely with plant personnel to implement audit recommendations and monitor progress towards compliance.
    1. Documentation:
    • Oversee the documentation process to ensure that all quality-related documents are accurately maintained and up-to-date.
    • Develop and maintain documentation procedures in accordance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
    • Conduct regular reviews of documentation practices to identify gaps or areas for improvement.
    1. Quality Control (QC):
    • Implement quality control measures as per SOP to ensure consistency and excellence in product quality.
    • Monitor production processes to identify deviations from quality standards and take corrective actions as necessary.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or related discipline).
    • Proven experience in quality assurance and quality control roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
    • Strong understanding of quality management principles, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends or patterns.
    • Effective communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with internal teams, external auditors, and regulatory authorities.
    • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision in documentation and auditing processes.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
    • Certification in quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Six Sigma) would be advantageous.
