    Head of Marketing role


    Our client is an exciting fast growing start up in the B2C space with best-in-class technology and a fintech platform driving various products to target High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth (HNI and UHNI) investors.


    As the Head of Marketing you will define the digital marketing strategies for the company, manage all aspects of digital marketing, performance marketing, social media marketing, as well as general marketing activities for the company.


    Job Description:

    • Lead, motivate, mentor, and grow the performance marketing function
    • Strategize and lead the performance marketing strategy and execution to drive user growth, lead generation, customer acquisition and retention, engagement etc.
    • Use datadriven marketing strategy to identify trends/patterns and opportunities for innovation, and make optimization recommendations across the buyer's journey.
    • Drive the content strategy and execution across social media and other online and offline channels
    • Manage and allocate marketing and resourcing budgets based on quarterly/annual targets
    • Establish revenue and spend models that enable optimal allocation and ROI positive management of media spend.
    • Monitor and analyse marketing performance through various data driven metrics and analytics and make data driven datadriven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
    • Plan and execute all digital acquisition activities (for mobile app and website) using ads platforms including SEM, social media, display advertising campaigns, events etc.
    • Work closely with the sales team for shortterm and longterm business objectives, basic understanding of consumer behaviour and support the company's overall objectives.

    Qualifications:

    • 12+ years of digital marketing/growth marketing experience with experience leading digital marketing/growth at a B2C startup
    • MBA from a reputed institute would be a major advantage
    • Hands on analytics, attribution tools, experience in managing performance marketing channels like
    • FB, Google, AD networks, Affiliates
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills
    • Selfstarter who enjoys a fastpaced environment
