Job Title: Sr. Associate Fund Accounting

Experience-3+ years

Location: Chennai

Mode: WFO

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

·Gain comprehensive understanding of NAV Calculation and related functions involving Custody, Transfer Agency (TA), Pricing, Corporate Actions, etc.

·Develop expertise in NAV Calculation Processing & Review across all funds & instrument types.

·Handle various types of instruments and analyze their impact on NAV.

·Validate and justify all reconciliation breaks in TA, Cash & Stock for each calculated NAV.

·Assist in drafting Key/Standard Operating Procedures for processes migrated to Chennai.

·Conduct detailed analysis of issues/errors and ensure clear understanding before responding to clients or other parties.

·Identify training needs and provide necessary training to team members.

·Ensure 100% quality in NAV production & review to maintain accuracy.

·Mitigate financial impact or loss to the organization.
