    Key Responsibilities:


    Possess strong domain knowledge, understanding of business processes and possible risks with respect to ESG material topics like regulatory compliance like CPCB, Mo EF, IFC performance standards, Factories and Labor regulations.

    Have strong understanding of reporting standards such as UN-BHR, BRSR, GRI, TCFD, SASB, UNPRI, GIIL etc.
    Knowledge about ESG regulations in India and global markets
    Have worked across industries (Pharma, Chemicals, Electronics and other manufacturing sectors, IT and IT enabled services), Infrastructure & Real Estate, Private Equity, Venture Funds, NBFC, Services (Health care etc)
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    Possess strong data analytics skills and knowledge of advanced data analytical tools will be an advantage
    Strong written and verbal communication skills (presentation skills) in English
    Understanding of IT systems, Knowledge of MS office (MS Excel, Power Point, Word etc)
    Willingness to travel within India or abroad for continuous long periods of time

    Required Skills and Qualifications:
    Strong background in human rights and labor rights.
    In-depth knowledge of ESG issues and solutions.
    Experience in reporting standards.
    Ability to work well in teams
    Excellent communication and project management skills.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    Postgraduate in Environmental Sciences / Sustainability Management + Graduation in Engineering (Mech. / Elec. / Civil / Electronics)
