    Requirements:

    2+ years experience with proactive & reactive network analysis, troubleshooting, coordination, and restoration of service affecting or potentially service affecting network events/issuesSkills/experience with Unix/LinuxMS Office SuiteGeneral knowledge of Class 5 Switching, SS7/AIN and VOIP network equipment and transport connectivity (DS0, DS1, DAC,DDM, etc...)Understanding of IP Protocols, Service Applications and MulticastUnderstanding of Layer 1, 2 and 3 ProtocolsUnderstanding of Network and Performance ManagementUnderstanding of RF and Signaling techniquesTeamwork and collaboration, strong organizational, strong English communication (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
