- You've led a team of at least 15 people before.
- You have 1+ years of experience in B2C field sales.
- You understand vendor management and sourcing.
- You communicate well in the local language and have strong people skills.
- You're flexible, willing to travel, and open to working longer hours if needed.
- You own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler for easy travel.
