We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer with 4-8 years of expertise in developing and maintaining business intelligence solutions.

• The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Power BI, along with experience in other BI tools such as QlikView and QlikSense.
• This role involves designing and implementing complex data models to support reporting and analytics requirements, working with Azure DevOps, and using automation tools to streamline BI development processes.
• The candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and interactive dashboards to present data insights to stakeholders, performing data analysis, and providing recommendations to improve data quality and performance.
• Experience in handling and analyzing big data using technologies such as PySpark, Python, SQL, and other relevant tools would be highly advantageous.

• Develop and maintain business intelligence solutions primarily using Power BI, along with other BI tools like QlikView and QlikSense.
• Design and implement complex data models to support specific reporting and analytics requirements.
• Utilize Azure DevOps and automation tools to enhance and streamline BI development processes.
• Create visually appealing, interactive dashboards and reports to present complex data insights in an understandable manner to stakeholders.
• Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, providing actionable recommendations to improve data quality and performance.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements, and ensure BI solutions align with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Good to have: Leverage big data technologies such as PySpark, Python, SQL, etc. , for data handling and analysis to support broader data initiatives within the Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 48 years of proven experience in business intelligence development, with a strong emphasis on Power BI.
• Proficiency in other BI tools like QlikView and QlikSense.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and familiarity with automation tools to facilitate BI development.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex data models.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to perform data analysis and make recommendations for improvement.
• Experience in creating interactive dashboards and reports for various stakeholders.
• Good to have: Experience in handling and analyzing big data using technologies such as PySpark, Python, SQL, and other relevant data processing tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
