In this role you will beresponsible for conducting thorough bid research identifyingpotential bidding opportunities and sourcing bids from variousplatforms. The ideal candidate will have excellent research skillsstrong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in afastpaced environment. Responsibilities: 1. Bid Research:
    • Conduct indepth research toidentify bidding opportunities in targeted industries and sectorspreferably in US Federal State and Local agencies.
    • Monitor online platformsgovernment portals and industry publications for new bidannouncements and procurement opportunities.
    • Analyze bid documentsspecifications and requirements to assess feasibility and alignmentwith company capabilities.
    2. Bid Sourcing:
    • Source bids from multiple channelsincluding government portals online marketplaces and industryassociations.
    • Buildand maintain a database of bid opportunities including key detailssuch as deadlines requirements and contacts.
    • Collaborate with internal teamsto gather necessary information and documents for bidsubmissions.
    3. Bid Qualification:
    • Evaluate bid opportunities basedon criteria such as project scope budget timeline and potential forsuccess.
    • Determinebid qualification criteria and assess the companys ability to meetbid requirements.
    • Communicate bid qualification findings andrecommendations to relevant stakeholders.
    4. Documentation and Reporting:
    • Prepare and organize bid documentsin accordance with bid requirements and guidelines.
    • Maintain accurate records of bidactivities including bid status outcomes and feedback.
    • Generate regular reports andmetrics to track bid sourcing performance andeffectiveness.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in businessMarketing or related field.
    • Proven experience in bid research bid sourcing orprocurement.
    • Stronganalytical skills with the ability to interpret bid documents andrequirements.
    • Excellent communication negotiation andrelationshipbuilding skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and bid managementsoftware/tools.
    • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiplepriorities effectively.
    • Knowledge of US government procurement processes andregulations (preferred).
